Mouse disappears/Simtouch Lite

When I connect to FSX the mouse goes (behind) simtouch.
When I move the mouse over the simtouch panel, various boxes highlight
and I can clic, but cannot see the mouse. By the way I am using simtouch lite trial. Not using a touchscreen. Just wanted to check it out.

Advice wanted, please

How do I select the following

1) VOR1 or VOR 2

2) GPS or NAV

3) Altimeter change

If I click on the above item 1 or 2 , the switch moves to on or off but there is no indication as to which has been selected.

With item 3 I can`t find where to click on and change

My apologies for what is probably obvious but unfortunately not too me

Also I intend getting a touch screen mini monitor - what size screen would be preferable 8" or 10"

Can I download the Videos??

Is it possible to download the STPlus 2 video so that I can view it at any time without going on line??

I found it very interesting but as I suffer from slight deafness I find that the ATC and aircraft sound tends to overpower the voice commentary making it rather difficult to follow

Screen Resolution query

If I use a Lilliput 10.4" screen which connects to my PC by USB and has a fixed screen resolution of 1024 x 756 will this work OK ??

I try to put simtouch plus 2 on my tablet Playbook and the resolution is a little bit too large .

Is it possible to change the resolution to 800x600 with this version ?

Or i must choose the simtouch plus 1 ?

Hi there,

I'm preparing to setup a cockpit for the new MF that is coming out next year. i might be lucky and get selected for the Beta version

I have some questions about the hardware i need for your program.

So firstly I buy a touchscreen (Eken M009S 7 inch Google Android 2.2 Gravity Sensor Webcam Tablet PC) even though I don't know much about them. This one is very cheap so financially I can't get hurt. It says android...or should it be windows?

My PC runs on Win7 Where do I install your software? on my pc or on the touchscreen? how much memory should the touchscreen have?

Also, I do not understand what kind of product packages you're selling. it's not clear if you have 1 package with all futures and others with less that you can built on. Or do you just sell the basics and that can be expanded on?

About the gauges. I like the setup but I was wondering if we could change a particular gauge for another. Example, if I where to make an ILS approache and I'm using a view that only lets me see to the front outside of the plane, having the vor 1 gauge has to be visible. As an example, if you buy the saitek gauges you get the six basic ones but with the software you can change them into any of 6 other gauges. I hope you understand what i mean by this.

I would really like to see a FAQ on your website and a clearer explanation of what your selling and how we should/can combine things.

Since I'm really setting up for the new MF version, should I wait with any purchase or will there be free upgrades.

Your product as I've seen in the 45+ min vid looks awesome.

Status on anything in development

I'm certain by the time you read this it will be morning for you, so, good morning!

I have heard absolutely nothing from you in more than a few months about your development for the FMC. Last I heard, you were close to release this past summer and it's now winter, or close.

Can you provide any updates on this or other products in the works so we know you're still alive and well?

Much appreciated and looking forward to any news.

Dell E157FPT and Simtouch plus 2

Just got the license for the 7 days and I am having a few problems maybe you have all seen. In the controls menu "lights" the buttons respond but go back to the original state when I move off the button. Same thing happens with the mouse. Goes on then off ???

Also when I select "birds eye view" I get an error
"class does not support automation" I have to kill the task to close the error box (and the program).

I have win xp sp3 with a Radeon HD 6700

Unable to input on touch screen

How do one n all
Just a little problem this end , I can see the simtouch on touchscreen which is set to 1024x 768 lillput 8 in which is on a vga adapter.
the problems is when I go to input a command , the pointer stays on one of the 3 x 24 in screens I have , for some reason the system has named the screen I have to use as No 5. as the 3 others are on THTGO ( TRIPLE HEAD TO GO ) DIGITAL.
can 't wait to use the system , but at a dead end as how to put it right.

Using an Ipad2 for Touch Screen - SimTouch2 on a Networked PC

I just thought I'd throw this in as a suggestion for any frustrated iPad users who love SimTouch. You could install SimTouch2 (for example) on another PC on your home network (not your FSX PC), and then export the whole desktop of that PC to your iPad using Splashtop (an iPad application). That way, you have touchscreen control via your wireless iPad, with SimTouch running remotely on another PC anywhere in your house.

I'm currently doing this with another FSX plugin app and it works perfectly. I'll be doing the same with SimTouch2 tonight.

Instruments for Quest Kodiak

How does Sim Touch auto select the correct instruments ??

I loaded the (Lionheart) Quest Kodiak which has a glass cockpit.... but the Sim Touch displays the Gen Aviation 6-pack instruments.

Is there a way to manually select between the two types ??

Lost Mouse Pointer

Greets,

When disconnected from FSX, the mouse pointer is visible within the ST window. Once connected, it is not visible within the ST window but remains functional. The pointer becomes visible once outside the ST window.

I am running Windows 7 32bit, video is Nvidia GeForce GTX 260, 4Gig DDRII RAM.

How do I address this problem?
